Lynn, Gartner, Dunne & Covello was formed in September of 2011 when Justice Joseph Covello, an Associate Justice of the Appellate Division Second Department, joined the firm and returned to private practice.  Justice Covello brings extensive experience in appellate practice as well as litigation.  He was previously employed in private practice specializing in litigation, including mass tort litigation, zoning, land use as well as appellate practice.
