Mr. Livingston joined the firm in September 2006, after graduating from the St. John’s University School of Law.  Mr. Livingston has represented clients in all aspects of litigation, from trials to appeals.  His primary areas of practice include commercial litigation, construction litigation, real estate, municipal litigation and other litigation matters. 

Admissions – New York State; U.S. District Courts, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York 

Education: University of New Hampshire (B.S. 1999); St. John’s University (J.D. 2006).
