AVERY N. MARON Mr. Maron is an associate who focuses primarily on commercial litigation, real estate litigation, and appellate practice. He joined the firm in May, 2011. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Maron was a Legal Fellow at the Kings County District Attorney. During law school, he interned in both the Homicide Bureau and the Appeals Bureau at the Kings County District Attorney. He also served as a summer law clerk to Kings County Criminal Court Judge Toko Serita. Additionally, as a lawyer in the Brooklyn Law School Corporate Real Estate Clinic, Mr. Maron handled a housing cooperative’s corporate restructuring, helped it refinance its mortgage, and orchestrated the sale of several vacant units. In addition to his legal experience, Mr. Maron has worked on numerous political campaigns, the most recent of which was Randy Altschuler for U.S. Congress. Prior to attending law school, he worked on Capitol Hill in Washington D.C. as a congressional aide.
